🌟 My Time in Baltimore: The Reality

So far, my experience has been absolutely amazing! I live about 2 miles from campus, and frequently walk to and from university. 🚶‍♂️
Would I recommend this to everyone? Not necessarily. But I hope my experience reassures you that Baltimore isn’t as scary as some people make it out to be. The people are friendly and generally keep to themselves.

Like any big city, there are areas you should avoid at certain times.
But this isn’t just a Baltimore thing, it’s true for many places worldwide.

✅ Tips for Staying Safe:

• Stick to your routine, and well-lit paths.
• Respect others, and they will respect you.
• Be aware of your surroundings, especially at night.
• If you’re ever in doubt, Uber/Lyft is your friend.

Absolutely not! Don’t let fear hold you back from an amazing university experience. 🏫
